Contributions can be either a regular paper (4-6 pages) in the IEEE style or a short abstract (1 page).
- Regular paper (AKA Contributed paper) submission window: 1 July to 22 August, 2025.
- Short abstract (AKA Contributed session abstract) submission window: 1 July to 30 August, 2025.
The deadline for submitting papers and abstracts is based on Peruvian time (GMT-5).
