IEEE-LANANO 2025 will accept the option of one-page abstract submissions starting on July 1, 2025. Authors should prepare a “One-page Abstract“ using the word template and submit it for review by August 30, 2025, via the online submission site, selecting the “Make a new submission” option, after log in. The abstract may include tables and figures (jpg or png), in an attached PDF file, as long as the complete abstract adjusts to one page.
NOTE: All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings, and they will be considered for the IEEE-LANANO 2025 Best Poster/Oral Contribution Award. But, they will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
Final abstracts must be submitted by August 30, 2025.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Abstracts should be submitted by a designated “Corresponding Author” with the steps below:
- Go to the Online Submission Site.
- Follow the Submission link
- Create Account (a verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Write the code and click into the Create Account button).
- Log in to EasyChair for IEEE-LANANO 2025
- In Author select make a new submission
- Fill in the information about “Title, Authors*, Keywords**, and Abstract”
- At the end of the submission form, in the Files section you can upload your abstract in PDF format (file extensión .pdf) containing Figures or Tables, as long as the complete abstract adjusts to one page.
