How To – Abstract submission

IEEE-LANANO 2026 will accept the option of one-page abstract submissions. Authors should prepare a “One-page Abstract“ using the word template and submit it for review by August 31, 2026via the online submission site, selecting the “Make a new submission” option, after log in. The abstract may include tables and figures (jpg or png), in an attached PDF file, as long as the complete abstract adjusts to one page.

NOTE: All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.

The abstract acceptance notification will be sent by September 15, 2026. Notification will be provided by email to the corresponding author.

Accepted abstracts may be subject to minor revisions based on the reviewers’ comments. In such cases, authors are required to address all requested revisions and submit the revised abstract by September 30, 2026. Failure to submit the revised version by the specified deadline may result in the abstract not being included in the conference program or proceedings.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings, and they will be considered for the IEEE-LANANO 2026 Best Poster/Oral Contribution Award. But, they will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
