- The in-person registration fee for IEEE-LANANO 2025 includes the welcome reception, coffee breaks, conference sessions, merchandising, digital certificate and social activities depending on the fee.
- The virtual registration fee for IEEE-LANANO 2025 includes the conference sessions and digital certificate. Because the Conference promotes In-Person participation, the virtual participation quotas are limited to 40 participants.
- The accompanying person fee includes an additional pass for a social activity, an event gift, and coffee breaks.
- Attendees not presenting a paper or abstract at the conference should register under the category related to their status.

You can be a member of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council with no additional fees by joining IEEE (simply select ‘Nanotechnology Council’ when applying for membership).

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to ieee.nanoperu@gmail.com no later than Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
- Each approved refund will incur a USD $25 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for requests received after October 14, 2025.
